More than just a user friendly Web portal, SenSaaS is also easy to access. All you need is an Internet connection and a scanner or a Multifunction Printer (MFP) for paper documents. If you get electronic documents you just need to point those emails to the Portal so you won’t have to print it. SenSaaS by itself is a Simple, Solid and Secure solution that also seamlessly uploads extracted data to your financial system or ERP and is able to respond to every need of your organization without the usual costs associated with software purchases.
Scanning or file import
To enable the capture of your documents you simply need to be connected to the secure Web portal and scan or import documents before sending a process order to our service. With our simple approach you can transmit your documents by email or fax after scanning. SenSaaS, a unique remote capture service is the result of many efforts in research and development. You can always keep your original documents whether paper or electronic.
It is also possible to have us scan your back file documents by sending us your boxes of paper documents and we will send it back to you once all the scanning is done. Of course this is a confidential process.
We automatically extract information from your documents extracting the data you need for your different computing systems. We can upload document images into your Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solution or provide you our On Premise ECM from Hyland (OnBase). We can also upload to Laserfiche, Microsoft Sharepoint or into your ERP or accounting system if feature available.
